Clash ships from the United States to domestic and international destinations.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and available carrier services.
Ordering Processing
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Processing times may be slightly extended during launches, restocks, holidays, or other high-volume periods.
Some Clash pieces may be produced in limited quantities or made to order. When applicable, additional processing information will be noted on the product page.
Once an order has entered processing, we may be unable to make changes to the order or shipping address.
United States Shipping
Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout and calculated based on your destination, package weight, and selected service.
Estimated carrier transit times may include:
- Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: approximately 2–3 business days
Transit times begin once your order has shipped and do not include our 3–7 business day processing time.
Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $120 or more.
Canada Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and available carrier service.
Estimated delivery times vary by the shipping service selected at checkout.
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other customs charges. These charges are not collected by Clash at checkout and, when applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
International Shipping
Clash ships to select international destinations from the United States.
Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and available carrier services.
International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and the service selected at checkout. The estimated transit time shown by the carrier begins after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please allow additional time for international deliveries that may be affected by customs clearance or local carrier delays.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other fees imposed by the destination country or carrier.
Clash does not currently collect duties and import taxes at checkout.
Any applicable charges assessed upon import or delivery are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Clash.
We recommend reviewing your country's import requirements before placing an international order, as these charges vary by destination, order value, product classification, and country of origin.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on factors including your destination, package weight and dimensions, and available carrier service.
The shipping options available may vary by destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.
Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier and tracking information has been provided, Clash is not responsible for carrier delays, packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
If your package has not arrived or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, building reception, mailrooms, or any safe delivery areas, as carriers may leave packages in unexpected locations.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us at hello@wearclash.com. We will do our best to assist with the carrier investigation where possible.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Any duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees associated with returning an item to the United States are also the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be initiated through our returns process before being shipped back to Clash.
Original shipping charges and import-related charges are non-refundable.
